Lakeside Realty is a true family affair led by mother and son, Nancy Spain and Brian Spain. The boutique real estate firm specializes in virtual property marketing, servings the Central Florida and Vero Beach markets.

In 2020, Lakeside Realty is celebrating 20 years, although they have been in the business since the 1970s. Nancy began her real estate career in Pennsylvania, before moving to California and then to Central Florida, where she opened a brokerage originally housed in the Historic Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora...hence the name.

Growing up in the business, Brian has extensive experience in resale, new homes, and new construction. He is an active CPMS member serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Design Committee.

The future goal for Lakeside Realty is to help more people understand the power of technology to enhance the real estate experience.
