In 2020, Lakeside Realty is celebrating 20 years, although they have been in the business since the 1970s. Nancy began her real estate career in Pennsylvania, before moving to California and then to Central Florida, where she opened a brokerage originally housed in the Historic Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora...hence the name.

As a well-known groomer, dog walker, and resident in College Park, Michelle Philbrick-Olds saw a huge need for an all-inclusive pet resort in the community. Inspired by her four dogs, she opened Woof! Orlando in College Park in 2008 as Orlando’s premier indoor/outdoor urban oasis for the pampered pooch.  


Woof! Orlando provides overnight slumber parties, doggie play care, award-winning grooming salon, and a healthy pet market. It has everything a pup needs to be happy, healthy, and loved.  


Michelle enjoys working in College Park for its amazing people. She also loves watching her children grow up alongside classmates in a community that has supported our family for so many years. 


Her favorite College Park businesses include New Moon Market, Tornatore’s, The Outpost, Armandos, Infusion Tea, Yaya + Lou, Mercedes Nails, and Apenberrys. 


Her advice to people starting a business: Get out in the community, build relationships with your customers, and most importantly lift each other up as business owners. Let Us Frame It is a family-run business owned by husband and wife Giovanni and Jill Vianello, an energetic couple who met in 1988 while both were working on a cruise ship. After cruising the world, they moved to Giovanni’s native Italy for several years, before settling in Central Florida.  
After working at Let Us Frame It for many years, Giovanni and Jill became the new owners in 2011 when original owners Sam and Cathey Bowers retired. 

The store is a combination custom framing shop and eclectic art gallery, featuring the work of local painters and photographers. They also provide art consulting and restoration. Giovanni and Jill are dedicated to high-quality framing, great customer service, and specialize in creative design with ALL work completed on site.
